17 track seem to be in collusion with another Chinese rip off firm called onray.shop . i had paid for 2 cedar wood raised garden beds , but instead i was sent a useless piece of ribbon in an envelope. the ribbon was sent so they can use a tracking number and to say its been delivered. absolute thieves . scam artists.
