I ordered a Christmas tree from an ad on Facebook. It took a long time to get the tracking info. I finally received it only to find out it was shipped from China. Then supposedly it was delivered to a wrong address, not only that, wrong province. I have been emailing them back and forth for months with no resolution. I have asked for a full refund, and they keep putting me off saying they will ship it express 4 days before Christmas, but will take 35 days to get it. That’s if they don’t ship it to a different address. They are a scam and I’m furious that I was taken for a fool
