Purchased a suitcase October 2022 to be delivered to me. I was told their tracking system was down. I pressed for a tracking number which they did give me. However it showed the suitcase was being delivered to someone 70 miles away. I immediately contacted my credit card company who did an investigation and apparently believed the company when they said it was delivered. After sending proof that the mercy was delivered to different people my credit card company made me whole. I have been contacted by this company several times telling me they are sending and they would send it express with no additional money needed. They said it would take 7 days. I have still never received the merchandise. And never will. This company is set up as a scam and run by major scum bags.
