Ordered and paid for 2 ride on spinning toys for my Grandchildren on 17th November and was provided with a tracking number which linked to Royal Mail. This tracking device informed me that packages had been delivered to an unknown address in Newquay on 22nd December. I live in Blackburn approx 350 miles away! Now they are not replying to any emails so I have reported it to the fraud team at Royal Bank Of Scotland in the hope I will get refunded.DO NOT buy from this company!
