I used zety to build my cv and I was happy about it. My idea was to use it only once to build the cv and it work well.Unfortunately 10 months after I realise that I have been charged a monthly fee for a service I used only once.I have never recieved any communication from Zety about the renewal, no costumer care communication, zero email… I was only charged on my credit card and unfortunately I noticed it too late.At the end i payed 200 aprox to build a CV and I feel really scammed.I am currently trying to find a refund as I did not even entered the webpage for 10 months.I wish I can change my review and promote this business as It really helped me, but right now I really can’t as I feel it was completely and unfair expense.
