Sneaky.A company should be happy to take your money only if they have provided you with the appropriate service.I was given a trial and downloaded one resume before deciding it wasn’t for me. That trial has ended up costing me hundreds of dollars over the past year.After emailing Zety they told me their records showed that I only downloaded one resume during my trial. They then refunded me $17.48 (half a month) for my subscription’s “unused portion”. Not good enough, the past 12 months has been an unused portion of the subscription.Zety has since stopped responding to my emails.Please don’t fall for this scam. Don’t use Zety.
