    My zety experience has been horrendous!!!! After cancelling my subscription back in 2022 zety kept charging my card without my consent, and they have deducted from my account over $300. This is insane and for sure a scam! I have tried to get a refund for the past two months and every time I called them I spent at least 30 minutes on the phone explaining what happened over and over again. They don’t keep track of absolutely anything and I always get the same answer in the next 24/48 hours a supervisor will get in contact with you via email. will be reporting fraud through my bank if I do not receive full compensation.I need my refund immediately and I want the company to delete my credit card details!!!!
