Shocking daylight robbery! Ordered £77 of hoodies – arrived ok but quality shocking. Items are made of thin nylon – nothing like what they look like online! Went through returns process which involves multiple stages having to ask to return items. Response is that I have to send items to USA (from UK) at a cost of over £30 which will be refunded on arrival. Reading other reviews my refund and postage is not likely to be refunded as the company is just a scam. I haven’t sent items back due to inevitable loss of a £30 postage so am left with items that I cannot be worn and loss of £77. I have asked for returns label but told they cannot do this – they just divert and delay your queries to a service centre which just repeat the same if you get a reply at all. Amazed this company hasn’t been shut down.
