I ordered a dress and a pair of boots on the 15/11/22 with order ID XP00227121, up until now I haven’t heard anything from them. I contacted customer service after 7 days, i was told it’ll be shipped the next day. It’s the 14th day today., i still haven’t heard anything. I was meant to wear the dress for our office Christmas party on the 03/12/2022 but i guess that’ll no longer be possible.I just hope i’ve not been SCAMMED.
