I ordered dresses and tops from Rasney.com and have tried to return them 5 times. Their policy states that they are made in the US and shipped from the US. It also states that I need a return authorization code to return the items but they will not give me one and said that the return address is in Dubai. Shipping charges are $276 which I will not pay because I will probably not get a refund from them. I spent over $500 which makes me sick to my stomach. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
