Simply a scam, avoid it. First off, don’t trust in any promotion.I’ve enrolled in a promotion and fulfilled the requirement. Wirex did not pay out the bonus to me and I filed a request to check. It took 6 months to check(!) and the final answer is “As to the promotion reward, please note that according to the March Crypto Transfers Promotion Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the promo and not to pay out any Promotion Rewards for any reason.”So yea, they can deny on anything they said, for no reason. Even so, how can this take 6 moths to check?Recently, I had my JPY fiat account disappered.It took more than a month to get it back but then I can’t use the balance. I cannot convert the JPY to any fiat/crypto currency. It’s been 3 months now without any progress.All I want now is get my money so that I can withdraw/transfer them, then close this fuxking account.
