My funds are being held hostage for 5 months (verification they say) also I requested a new card as my card was misused / fraudulently used (even though I have verification through message) they were still able to do so. But they blockes my card and didnt send a new one after many requests. I also cant order a new one since they are already verifying my account since MAY!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable and fraudulently. I have placed a review before but they told trustpilot that I was an unknown client. Which is not true. I have provide trustpilot with a screenshot of my case number. As wirex is flaggin my review to be removed.
