Totally a disgrace.I top up $10 and hosted my website on their server. Suddenly, my account was locked and a support ticket appeared asking for photo ID and a photo of the credit card I used.I submitted my ID and told them the credit card that I previously used was compromised as it was used by someone else in a separate credit card fraud incident and I had been issued a new card. I upload an image of my new card.They then immediately terminated my account with no reason whatsoever. Do not use then unless you want to waste your time dealing with these cowboys who have no regard for their customers
