First I cannot BELIEVE I watched his entire video!! I’ll lost an hour of my life I’ll never get back. I agree with all the other negative reviews. Marketing scam. I already have a trainer and was looking for something that I could do on my own. First, if you value your privacy DO NOT download the app (I did not). Second, I purchased yesterday and have received no less than 6 marketing emails (so far) to buy more products. I have requested a refund.
