I made 2 different orders of 2 pairs of shoes and received the wrong shoes 2 times. communication customer service very very poor. eventually after insisting and complaining endlessly I have to cut the NEW shoes and send proof of this to possibly get some money back. What an incredibly bad policy to have to cut new shoes to get some money back when the fault is with them. It is also so bad for the environment. I’ve never experienced this anywhere! What a scammers they are there!
