I ordered three pairs of shoes but all were too big for me to keep. I contacted customer service multiple times but have not been able to get ANY response, which is night and day from when I was ordering the shoes (customer service was very responsive pre-sale). Now when dealing with returns, there is zero response at all!!! Beginning to think this is all a huge scam… Be careful!
