The tan boots I ordered, rub against my skin causing bruising, and redness. The black pair are so narrow. , and uncomfortable 🥴 I want to cry! They look old and used already, no sole support- my feet ache 🤒 there’s pilling already!!!! I wish I could take a picture. The grey pair came in a completely smashed box” the material is horrible, collects hair and anything it touches, it’s stuck! 😂 They offered $22 refund 😂😂😂😂I’ve spent way too much money and I’m now regretting it all! Customer service emails are weird , inscriptions- fake! Are these even the real brand?
