I’m having a bad experience with this company and their customer service. I rented a car through their booking website on Madeira together with a zero excess insurance. Now I’m having problems with the insurance company and Vipcars acts like they have nothing to do with the case. But offering those insurance companies on their booking site. Wondering if they get percentages of people they bring into the Scam. Better use direct booking with car rental companies and avoid this scam
