We booked a room at the Paradise Point resort on San Diego. The room was great and the hotel had our reservation no problem. But, Vio didn’t reveal there was a resort fee we would have to pay upon arrival until after I booked (literally in the email confirmation). When I contacted them about it, they said it would have been listed in the listing details. Still today if I look at rooms on their site, it is not listed there. I dont know if they are scammers or incompetent business people, but avoid using their site.
