We have booked through this site to stay at a hotel in London today and when we have phoned the hotel they have no evidence of our booking! Over £300 taken for the booking and no hotel, we are heartbroken as this was for a special occasion, The company is not replying to our emails/WhatsApp, it’s a massive scam!!
