We bought tickets for a concert. We booked flights for the 1,000km trip to Brisbane return with I large cancellation penalty. Within the 72 hours stated by Viagogo for ticket availability we had no tickets. We had 5 hours to cancel our flights and hotel bookings or forfeit the lot. What do you do, wait for apparent frauds to do the right thing, or cancel at significant cost? I now have spend the day cancelling everything and hope that I will get a refund from Fraudagogo. Do not ever consider dealing with these frauds.
