no refund of my 4 tickets of Justin Biber concert tickets despite it was clearly announced concert is postponed indefintly. No protection whatsoever for buyers. Huge disappointment and a total scam of this whole JB concert thing. If you postpone with no clear date, just say cancel. Now holding my money with no sign of returning. Despicable.
