This company is a scam! Do not buy from this company. After booking tickets to Rufus in Brisbane, we spent 4 days chasing the tickets. 2 hours before the concert was due to start, we were guaranteed tickets several times on the phone, so spent $1400 on accomodation and transport. When we arrived still no tickets. We had repeatedly asked for a refund before making the trip and we’re refused and told we would have the tickets. 6.03pm, 3 mins after the concert starts they offer us a refund. Which we are yet to see! I would never use this site and warn other not to go near them, customer service is terrible, useless! Do yourself a favour and stay clear!
