Wish I could give a negative star review. One is still too generous. I recently helped fund my parents dream trip on a Viking cruise for their 52 wedding anniversary; which ended in Amsterdam. My dad and I thought it could end perfectly with ‘VIP’ rickets to the Melanie concert . Complete scam. The cost for two “VIP” tickets was 440 euros. ( regular price was 36 euros each). My poor parents! There was NO SUCH thing. They arrived to find they were general tickets on the floor. My mother is short in stature and so had zero visibility and my father has had several health issues which make standing long periods very difficult as well as getting ‘jostled’ in crowds dangerous. We have reached out twice to Viagogo with absolutely NO response. As you can imagine, I was beyond disappointed that this well thought out vacation ended on such a poor/ and EXPENSIVE- note. And I particularly don’t appreciate it when my late in life parents are take Advantage of and put at health risks. Read the reviews- DO NOT purchase from these scam artists
