I am normally very careful about scams, but this link is from a government website, while I was trying to pay for my road tax. Initially, they debit 50p from my account. Such a small amount, so I just let it. Then the following day they took £7.95. Cancelled my card straight away. Clearly was very tired that day, but felt safe from a government website. How can this happen?
