i set up an account with these people in 2021 to trade then due to ill health and lack of time i have not logged into my account for a long time . I have money in my account owing to me and when i did reset password not getting emails to reset my password. I spoke to the chat bot and were totally rubbish . Asked for a different email address told me does not have experience and told me sent me an email at the other email i gave never got that email . COMPANY IS A SCAM TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOW I DONT EVEN GET RESET PASSWORD EMAILS . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WISH YOUR MONEY TO BE STOLEN FROM YOU. i have old emails with my statement activity from 2021 and now i cant withdraw what is in my account
