I’ve call your customer service 4x first 2x your system said pH # was invalid hmmmm it was before. Your webpage doesn’t work. Your system says to set up a pin they’ll email me a code. Why do I need a code to set up a code!!? The next 2/3x your system just hung up on me. When your system got tired of running me around, it’s says your systems down or unable complet your transactioJust curious how many people have called the Better Bussiness Buerou on you? Oh don’t sweat it they’re as impersonal and shifty as you guys. It all a scam you FORCE people to use these cards because actual banks are almost as bad thier unservice line as bad as yours and EVERY prepaid debit card I’ve ever used. Your screwing with peoples money/lives and you are completely uncaring for lack of a better word. You and other financial instutions scream customer service customer service.It actually would be nice. I put cash on one of your cards it didn’t show for three days.
