DO NOT BUY VANILLA GIFT CARDS!!! They are doing nothing to stop scammers or they are adding fake charges to these cards so they can’t be used and don’t have to pay out the funds. I used this gift card once for partial amount of the value. When I went to use later, it was declined. I logged in to check the balance only to find numerous charges made before I even opened the gift card, from Walmart.com. But their customer service is a joke. Once you FINALLY get through, they will not help and do not care. So you are out of luck on using the gift card and the gift giver is out of their funds as well.
