🚨 SCAM LIKELY 🚨 Ordered a $3,000 sectional in May, after push back after push back on delivery dates finally asked for a refund in September. Which they where reluctant to do. I told them they were false advertising by not letting customers know when stock was “Out of Stock”. On their website because a different purchase could have been made. After 2 months of constant calls to the worst customer support in the furniture business we finally got a refund check, which looked funny because it was hand written check. Guess what happened next??? Yep, the check bounced. Rather than get someone on the phone we have to literally text on the phone. This is absolutely crazy. This business clearly does “Valyou” their customers and is in the business of scamming hard working Americans out if their money.
