Placed two orders. One was over 1700.00, the other was over 2200.00. Four months, no delivery only constant promises of upcoming delivery dates. Finally cancelled and took another month to get my refund. I am not sure if this is a scam or not, but I wasted months trying to get my furniture and was told nothing but promises. Customer service did answer the phone though, thus the 2 stars.
