I will update this if the company should do something to prove me wrong, but I ordered AND paid $29.99 for “VIP shipping”. At this point, they have been responsive, but don’t seem to know what VIP shipping means. They keep saying they will ask my carrier to deliver a soon as possible – you hired the carrier, not me. I was just stupid enough to pay extra for rush shipping. I will be contacting my attorney, credit card company, and usa fraud on the 16th, if I do not have an answer on delivery.
