I ordered 6 items the first week of November for the holidays. Its Jan, received 2. I had to email 3 times and threaten to contact my CC before I got a response from them. The 2 items I got are better quality than I expected and are what I expected—trendy, nice items I’d wear a few times during the holidays. I ordered a midi dress that was actually a jumpsuit but I kept it because returning is too hard with this company. 3 of my items are in transit and 1 I just cancelled because I was told it is preproduction. Why was a product advertised for sale in Nov but not produced yet in Jan? None of the tracking numbers have worked. I am sad about this because the clothes (so far) seem great for what they are and the price point. However, not getting the actual items for months makes me score them lower and tracking numbers that Don’t work make me feel like I’m being scammed.
