Thank you for your response UKGVS. I have been asking for feedback on my application for months with no reply. I have asked for details of your process, a paper trail of what has been submitted. You can’t give me that and I subsequently asked for a refund. You can’t seem to prove that you have submitted anything to the uk immigration. I made a formal complaint to the uk government. I have sent you the email that they sent me saying that they have been investigating you and found you to bd fraudulent. Your Bristol address on your website does not exist. From October 7th UK GVS does not have any known OISC regulated advisers working with them. It is not possible for OISC regulated advisers to work with or for UK GVS within the Commissioners Codes of Standards for regulated advisers. There is no record of UKGVS making visa applications to the Home Office (UK) using the company name as a representative of the applicant. The OISC remains concerned by the information provided to advice seekers by representatives of UK GVS, the extortionate fees charged for a “consultancy service” and the payment by credit card. I have asked you to comment on this and once again – no reply. Please send my your submission application. The uk government would have given you some processing receipt. Your OISC should have details and you should be able to prove that you have paid the visa application fee. I would like a refund.
