It is not a scam. Lots of learning files and practices are provided plus the software for ‘Express Scribe’ software. It is quite “general” but does give an overall view of what’s needed to transcribe – having the bigger picture in mind.I have my certificate which is saved to my PC and I am able to print it as well.
