Zero stars for TunatutuI purchased a comforter, sheets and towels from Tunatutu through Kickstarter. After waiting for months and months after the original fulfillment date, I finally received a notice from the post that it had arrived. However, I would have to hand over almost $200 to receive it. That’s ridiculous. Instead of putting the value down for duty as the price I paid, they put the full amount of the items. When I contacted them, Honey offered a $100 gift card to offset the added expense. I told her I appreciated the offer, but this did not help in anyway as anything I purchased from them would have added duty, yet again. I sent the package back and asked for a refund as per their site saying if not satisfied, they would refund your purchase. Since then they will not answer any of my emails and have not refunded my purchase. This company is unreliable and customer service is questionable. So be very aware when purchasing from them. They have my items that I ordered and the $500 I paid!Very shady, indeed! TUNATUTU is a fraud!!!
