If I could give this company a 0, I would. IF this isn’t a scam, it categorically has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered over a month ago, I’ve had NO information despite several attempts on my part to request delivery dates and ship dates. So, I filed a cancellation request using an online form (which has been ignored). Conveniently as soon as I did so I received an email with “tracking info”, which if you follow the link just says no updates available. I’ve seen on other reviews that people have said that they were not given a refund because the item had “shipped” so I think they pretend they’ve shipped to avoid giving you your money back.My Order Number is 2219789532.
