I had to choose this as a rewards card. I ordered something online and was never sent the item by the merchant. Turns out the merchant is a scam artist. Tremendous does NOTHING and doesn’t mind admitting it. Wish I had known! I’d never use this service again. Then a month later, the merchant/scammer took another payment out of my card without my authorization. It’s sitting there pending and Tremendous still won’t do anything about it but says I should contact the merchant. Yeah, if the merchant weren’t a thief, maybe that would work! I was told to change my password for my email as that’s the “only” way to make a purchase. Right. HORRIBLE!
