I work for a company based out of Utah that was looking into using tremendous to send gift card to employees in the US and other countries. I met with Tremendous and it seemed like a good option. After that they were completely unresponsive and very unhelpful. After they took all of our business information they canceled our accounts without any explanation. They locked us out of our account and when we emailed their customer service email they were unresponsive. They do not have a customer service number either. At this point I am starting to think that they are a fraud just wanting to steal our business information. If you get William V. to help you he won’t do anything. Go with any other company!! Tremendous did not ask for additional information and was completely unwilling to work with us. Awful customer service.
