If I can give a negative 5 i would. I booked a reservation and a few days before my stay Hurricane Nicole was expected to hit my area. I tried to contact Traveluro a few times to cancel but they wouldn’t answer/respond. So I called the hotel directly and the rep understood my circumstances. They cancelled my reservation,granted me a refund & gave me a confirmation # for Traveluro. I reached out to Traveluro but again was unsuccessful. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Traveluro contacted me via email and wrote they will refund me the money but their bank can’t make the deposit with the dispute in place. The credit card completed the dispute over a week ago & I contacted Traveluro. They have yet to respond nor refund my money. This company is fraudulent.
