I’ve “booked” a room at a hotel in Paris at Les Marais with Traveluro several months before my trip, receiving confirmation normally at my e-mail and Traveluro’s webpage. When I arrived I was informed by the hotel that they had NEVER worked with the company and had no idea the reservation request was made AND PAID FOR.I have NOT received any support for my problem, the inumerous calls were long and my phone bill tremendously expensive, the attendants always said they would return when the line suspiciously turned off abruptly and they did not, not even once. I was left in Paris without an accomodation, to my own luck in a weekend when all the accessible hotels were fully booked.It is obviously a fraud scheme. The support was indecently HORRIBLE.I have received my money back but it didn’t pay off because obvioulsy the accomodation I got with no previous organization was terrible and expensive in comparison to the hotel.
