This company is a giant scam. My flight tickets got cancelled by the airline, who refunded the payment to Travelgenio. Travelgenio decided to keep the refund for themselves and refuse to pay me what they owe me. It is impossible to contact them. When writing emails, the send a contact link that can only be used once. They are not answering their phone but only has an answering machine message that says something in Spanish. I strongly advice everybody against booking tickets through this company.
