Order number 33594332Worst customer experience, I feel scammed. First and last purchase with them. Almost 3 months since purchase still didn’t receive the package, been e-mailing customer service and always get the same automatic response without any help or willing to refund the money I paid, completely ignoring my question and information I provide. It was shipped 17th October and as of tracking number it’s in my country since 6th December, it’s been a month since this day and I never got any update about the package. I contacted the local post office and customs and they can’t locate it, TradeInn can’t locate it, there is no reason for it to be a whole month already in the customs here especially if no one can locate the package. The package is probably lost and I paid money for a scam and they refuse to refund me the money. Don’t buy there.
