Abslutely fraud and awful customer service.My order 32175414 was placed on Aug15, Now it’s Dec29, package still went missing, never got my money back.The parcel was returned by custom on September and no more updates since then, completlely untrackable, and tradeinn support keep saying they will refund me when parcel send back to there warehouse.And after four and half months, they now even mark my order as “Delivered” after many times of asking customer services.
