Order made 10 December, arrived 5 Jan.I ordered a €350 hard drive, it was in a plastic back (from manufacturer) and dumped in a small box with a loose cover of a single sheet of bubble wrap, no attempt was made to protect the drive during transport.Off course it did not work, so I instigated a return.They responded with some automated waffle, asking me if I wanted to open a warranty claim with the manufacturer!!!Warranty for what? the item was damaged during delivery and was hence never used. Instead of taking responsibility they want to scam the manufacturer into replacing the item I paid for.They are a scam. I am going to contact Seagate about this.AVOID.
