I feel like everyone else. If I could rate them a zero I would. I ordered the same cookware set on December 1st and still haven’t gotten it. I’ve emailed them at least 20 times and continue to get the same answer that it’s on its way, sitting in shipping, or because of the holidays it’s taking longer. Bull crap!! I figured out after the 22nd of December this was a SCAM…thank God I didn’t lose a lot of money. but what I sent them I want it back. These people need to be stopped ASAP. They are getting us by saying you can get your money back but they have to keep the shipping cost of 5.95 that’s also the SCAM. Let’s shut them down!!!
