Like everyone else, this is a total scam. I suspected before I bought that it was ok because they have a website and seemed to be located in California. I should have known when it wouldn’t let me use Paypal because Paypal will go after vendors like this to recover my lost money. I ordered some foldable electronic scooters and instead received a furry reindeer hat a month later. All emails showed a customer service email, but when I sent emails to complain, of course, they were undeliverable. Don’t buy from Toyevs plus beware on what you see posted on Pinterest.
