I got this service months ago and never used it. So I tried to cancel it because I did not want to serve us but they continue to take $9.95 from my account. It’s so bad that I have to keep my account empty around this time. I’ve called several times emailed even and still no response they’ve told me they’d refund my money but have not heard from them. This is a horrible scam!
