I was supposed to get a $15 cash back but only got $5. This is a scam. This app is recommended by fellow couponers. I don’t recommend it. It’s been 2 years so they had plenty of time to get my full cash back from rite aid. Plus it was my first order and likely a sign up bonus. But top cash is only giving $5 instead of $15. Scam. Fraud.
