I would want to give 0 stars if I could. What’s the purpose of earning points and spending so much time doing your surveys when I can’t redeem my prizes? I encountered problems claiming my rewards and your customer service just disappoints me with an automated reply – not reading my email nor assisting me in solving my problems properly. Feels like a scam and it’s just very disappointing.Update: Now I’m encountering login issues 🙁 I can’t seem to enter my account and I have approached the support team to assist me in this issue.Update: The support team helped me in solving my account issue. Reapplied for the rewards and still waiting for it 🙂
