RESOLVED Can complete surveys ok but it freezes when I try to redeem a voucher AND worse still, it won’t send messages on its own contact form! I have screenshots. It’s beginning to feel like a scam. TOLUNA what is going on please?EDITED: Toluna responded here and I resolved the issue by installing the app on Android phone. Still down one star as this issue could be added to FAQs to help others. Also, clearing the cache as suggested did not actually work. My voucher arrived within hours of successfully redeeming points. Thank you
